Encryption & Session Security
We enforce robust cryptographic protections to secure your data at every state, ensuring that your sessions, settings, and credentials are protected from interception.
Encryption in Transit
All communication between your web browser and our application is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocols.
- Enforced HTTPS: HTTP requests are automatically redirected to secure HTTPS endpoints.
- Modern TLS configurations: We negotiate using recommended secure configuration settings, disabling older, vulnerable protocols.
- Secure Connections: Communications between edge proxies and database networks are routed through secure, private networks.
Encryption at Rest
Your customer data is stored securely at rest where applicable, shielding database records and configurations from unauthorized direct disk access.
- Database Encryption: Underlying data volumes hosting application databases and metrics use disk-level cryptographic protection.
- Isolated Backups: System snapshots and backup archives are encrypted before being written to long-term storage.
- Key Management: Encryption keys are securely managed with restricted access.
