Manage your user identity, update security credentials, and review our account deletion workflows.
Security and Profile Updates
Users can update account details directly from their profile dashboard. Changes are securely synchronized with our backend and identity provider:
- Change Password: Update your account login password. Requires entering your current password for security verification (re-authentication).
Account Deletion Workflow
If you choose to delete your account, the platform executes a multi-stage deactivation process to ensure compliance and prevent accidental loss.
Account Deletion Policy:
- Deleting your account will start the account deletion process.
- Your account may be deleted within 30-90 days.
- If you sign in before deletion, the deletion request will be cancelled automatically.
- You may lose access to all stored account data, addresses, preferences and settings.
- This action may not be reversible after permanent deletion.
Recent Login Verification (Re-authentication)
For security-sensitive actions (such as updating password or registering MFA), the system requires a recent login session. If the session has expired, the application will display a verification prompt.
You will be prompted to re-enter your current password or authenticate again via your connected social sign-in provider before proceeding with the changes.
Account Deletion Process
To ensure security and prevent accidental loss, we implement a scheduled deletion flow:
- Scheduled Deletion: Deletion is initially scheduled rather than immediate.
- Auto-Cancellation: If you sign in during the retention period, the deletion request is automatically cancelled and your account is fully restored.
