1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal data necessary to establish your developer account and audit service consumption:

  • Authentication Data: We use Firebase Authentication to manage user access. This includes registration metadata, email addresses, unique user IDs (UIDs), account verification status, and profile information shared when linking third-party identity providers.
  • Usage Metadata: We record timestamped logs of API queries solely to calculate and deduct Platform Credit Points (CP).
  • System Logs: We log system identifiers like IP addresses, browser user agents, and request headers to diagnose security threats and prevent API rate limit abuse.

2. Financial Transactions & Third-Party Processors

We do not directly collect, process, or store your payment instruments (such as credit card numbers or UPI credentials). All payments are securely routed and handled by our third-party billing providers:

  • Paddle MoR (Merchant of Record): Acting as our Merchant of Record, Paddle administers global billing, calculates local taxes (VAT/sales tax), and monitors transactions for fraud.
  • Cashfree Payments: Handles regional gateway transactions and billing compliance.

3. Data Retention & Erasure

We retain account configurations and accumulated logs for as long as your account remains active. If you wish to delete your account or request the permanent erasure of your personal data, you may execute this via your account dashboard or submit a formal request to our legal desk.

4. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries outside your country of residence (including servers in the United States, Europe, and India). By using the Services, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to jurisdictions with different data protection laws than your own.

5. Compliance & Legal Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may possess statutory rights regarding access, portability, rectification, or erasure of your personal data. We comply with processing requirements through our Data Processing Addendum.
