1. Overview and Scope
This Data Processing Addendum (DPA) governs the processing of personal data in connection with the services provided on mohitkrgupta.dev. This DPA forms part of our Terms of Service.
In delivering our digital utilities and API services, the Customer acts as the Data Controller, and the Platform acts as the Data Processor. We process customer personal data strictly in accordance with your instructions to operate and secure your account.
2. Subprocessors
To deliver hosting, user authentication, geocoding, translation, and credit billing services, we engage the following subprocessors:
