Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By registering an account on mohitkrgupta.dev (facilitated via Firebase Authentication), purchasing Platform Credit Points (CP), or accessing any of our digital utility interfaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Third-Party Payment Providers & Merchant of Record

To process purchases of Platform Credit Points (CP) securely, we integrate with third-party payment platforms:

• Paddle MoR (Merchant of Record) acting as our Merchant of Record for international sales. Paddle handles checkout, invoicing, compliance, and tax collection.
• Cashfree Payments acting as a payment gateway for Indian and regional transactions.

3. Platform Credit Points (CP) Rules

Platform Credit Points (CP) are internal utility credits used to pay for service consumption. They have no direct cash value and are subject to the following rules:

• Deduction: Service consumption deducts CP from your account balance based on current resource usage rates.
• Validity & Expiration: Purchased CP are valid for 180 days from purchase.
• FIFO Consumption: System automatically consumes your oldest active purchased CP first.
• Refund Window: Eligibility is restricted to the first 30 days.

4. Account Security

We use Firebase Authentication to secure your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and restricting access to your account.

5. Acceptable Use, Suspension & Termination

You agree to use the platform in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of abuse or policy violations.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, courts in Burdwan, West Bengal, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
