Multi-Factor Authentication (TOTP MFA)

Enhance your account security by enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). MFA adds an additional layer of protection, ensuring that only you can access your account even if your password becomes compromised.

Supported: TOTP MFA

We support Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) Multi-Factor Authentication. Users configure this via their account settings page:

  • Compatible Apps: Works with standard authenticator applications such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, or Bitwarden.
  • QR Code Configuration: Scan the unique account setup barcode generated dynamically by our portal on your authenticator device.
  • Rotating verification: Enrolled and verified using the rotating code generated by your app.

Not Supported: Phone SMS MFA

Phone number authentication and SMS-based MFA are currently not supported.

Enabling TOTP MFA on your Account

  1. Navigate to your dashboard profile: My Account > MFA Settings.
  2. Click Enable MFA. A secure QR code is shown.
  3. Open your Authenticator app and scan the QR code.
  4. Enter the active 6-digit code generated by your authenticator app to complete the registration.
  5. Save the generated backup recovery codes in a secure vault.

MFA Login Verification Flow

When logging in with MFA active:

  1. Entering your credentials triggers an additional security check prompt.
  2. This automatically displays the MFA dialog modal requesting your 6-digit authenticator code.
  3. Submit the code generated by your authenticator app to complete the login process.
