Credit Point (CP) Payment Rules
Services available on this platform are billed using Platform Credit Points (CP). Each service consumes Credit Points according to its published pricing. Service-specific Credit Point rates may change with or without prior notice due to infrastructure costs, third-party service costs, market conditions, or other business reasons.
Paddle MoR (Merchant of Record)
Base Pricing Formula:
Base Rate: 1 CP = 1.15 US cents
Transaction Charge = Base Value × 10%
Final Price = Base Value + Transaction Charges

The following rules apply universally across all payment channels on our platform.
Purchase Methods Available
- 1. One-Time Purchase: Buy Credit Points on-demand whenever required.
- 2. Monthly Subscription: Automatically receive a scheduled allotment of points each month.
- 3. Automatic Recharge (Auto Pay): Restock points automatically when your balance drops below a threshold you define.
Consumption & Validity Rules
- Validity Period: Credit Points are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase. Refund eligibility is restricted to the first 30 days.
- FIFO Consumption (First In, First Out): The system automatically consumes your oldest active purchased Credit Points first.
- The selected payment provider may perform additional verification before completing a transaction.
Refund & Cancellation Policies
Paddle MoR Refunds
- Submit within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Unused balance must be greater than 500 CP.
- Eligible requests will be forwarded directly to Paddle for processing.
Cashfree Refunds
- Submit within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Unused balance must be greater than 200 CP.
- Processing charges retained by payment gateway are generally non-refundable.
Bonus & Promotional Credit Points
Promotional or bonus Credit Points carry no cash value and are strictly non-refundable. If a qualifying purchase is refunded, associated bonus points will be automatically cancelled.
