Rules and guidelines governing proper behaviour when using our utilities, APIs, and account services.
1. Prohibited Actions
You agree not to abuse, disrupt, or exploit our services, digital utility APIs (including Translation and weather endpoints), database infrastructure, or billing interfaces. Specifically, you must not:
- Exploit Billing & Credit Checks: Attempt to bypass credit verification checks, manipulate Platform Credit Points (CP) balance logic, intercept checkout parameters, or exploit billing vulnerabilities to acquire unpaid services.
- Distribute Malicious Content: Send, upload, or transmit payloads, query texts, or files containing viruses, malicious code, scripting, or scripts designed to execute Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), SQL injection, or code execution attacks.
- Abuse API Rate Limits: Send high-volume automated queries or DDoS attempts that exceed designated account rate limits, compromise server performance, or disrupt service availability.
- Authentication & Identity Spoofing: Share account authentication credentials, spoof HTTP authorization headers, impersonate other users, or access accounts without legal authorization.
- Reverse Engineering & Scraping: Scraping proprietary weather forecasts, system data, or attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code.
- Cryptocurrency Mining & Abuse: Utilize platform computing resources, database memory, or APIs to execute cryptocurrency mining or unauthorized resource-heavy tasks.
- Illegal Activities: Use our APIs or digital utilities for any illegal purpose.
- Spamming & Bulk Messaging: Generate automated translation or weather outputs to distribute bulk spam or unauthorized communications.
- Automated Account Creation: Register developer accounts using automated scripts or bots to exploit registration bonuses.
2. Monitoring & Enforcement
We actively monitor system request patterns, access logs, and query profiles for security, compliance, and billing integrity.
- Actions we may take: If an account is found in breach of this policy, we reserve the right to temporarily rate-limit requests, freeze credit balances, forfeit accumulated CP, or suspend/terminate account access immediately.
- Abuse Reports: Reports of system abuse or policy violations can be submitted directly to our legal desk at legal@example.com.
